Members of the campus community are invited to submit nominations for:
- the Environmental Leadership Award (ELA), celebrating faculty, staff, alumni, and retirees that have devoted a part of their life to the well being of the planet. Students are encouraged to nominate individuals they have worked with.
- the Environmental Initiative Award (EIA), in honor of a student or student group that has had a significant environmental impact, whether on campus or out in the community at large.
Applications will be accepted through March 29, and winners will be recognized during the campus Earth Day celebration, on Friday, April 19. Self-nominations are accepted. Application forms are available for download (see Related Files, right) To see a list of past winners, visit the Earth Day website.
